NEUCHÂTEL (Switzerland) - the castle, adapted as residence for the Counts of Neuchâtel, was built in the 12-15C and renovated from 1905 to 1934. Postmark: NEUCHÂTEL, 1.3.1948, commemorative, Revolution Neuchateloise Centenary. Postage stamp issued in 27 February 1948. Card: No publisher details or numbering.
